Shipping & Returns

 

All MojiLife Luxury Fragrance orders will be dispatched from our Head Office within 3 business days. Local Pick up can be arranged in Draper, Utah by emailing into mojiproductsales@gmail.com

While we endeavour to ensure that all our products are in stock, at times we may sell out. The waiting period for out of stock items may be up to 2 weeks, during which time you may register your interest in a product and be notified when it is available for ordering.

MojiLife Luxury Fragrance order will generally take up to 7-10 working days for processing and delivery.  Delivery during peak postage times may take longer.
 

Lost or Stolen Packages
MojiLife is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package leaves our facility it is a "buyer prepare" situation. Safeguard deliveries by a) ensuring someone will be home when a package is delivered, b) using a secure address (like a FedEx store/Mailboxes etc.). Once the package leaves the MojiLife warehouse, its safe delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier and recipient. Recipient is responsible to provide a safe and secure place for delivery as to avoid theft from a delivery box or delivery door area. Claims for lost or stolen packages must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.


Exchanges / Replacement Warranty:
MojiLife Luxury Fragrance offer a 6 month REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, on your device, from the date you receive your product. They pride themselves in customer satisfaction and always strive to keep customers happy and satisfied.

 

If your product is found to have a manufacturer default, it will be replaced with an identical item. 
 

Where a return is required for a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge. They will also cover the fees to return the faulty item back. 
 

When returning your product, provide the following details:

Your full name
Your order number
Reason why you are returning the product
Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.

 

Please include the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product. Also, if you haven't previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will ensure the issue is resolved quickly, should anyone need to contact you.
 

Return requests not covered above will be handled in accordance with U.S. Consumer Law provisions.
 

​The warranty is void if the product(s) is disassembled or altered in any way, or used in a manner contrary to instructions as outlined in the user manual. Product should be kept away from water.
